房間乾淨，在 P4，在大廳打電話就行告知你已經到了，小姐姐會説中文，入住很方便，因為是公寓式的，所以小姐姐會帶你上去辦理入住，第二天退房直接關門離開就行，按金會準時退到你的賬號。方便快捷，服務態度很好。關鍵是會説中文。

During my recent stay in Hanoi, I encountered several issues that I would like to raise: Firstly, I had informed the property via email and through 訂房網站 that I wished to check in early at around 12:00 PM. I received a reply before my 訂房網站 confirming that early check-in would be arranged if available. However, upon arrival, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel name listed online ＜ Wenxin Luxury Vinhomes Ocean Park ＞ does not seem to exist in reality. The name on the website and the actual location were completely different, which caused confusion and made it very difficult to find the property. Additionally, the location on the map did not match the real location. When I arrived, it was also very difficult to communicate with the staff due to the language barrier(they only sent me message without coming to meet me). I repeatedly asked about early check-in around 12:00–1:00 PM, but the staff simply replied that the previous guest had not yet checked out and showed no effort to assist or explain politely. Their attitude was rude and unhelpful, which made the situation worse. My main complaints are: The misleading hotel name and inaccurate location information. The poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve service and ensure accurate information is provided to future guests.
